About Geraldine Grimes-Lewis

Specializing in CRA Development Agreements, and Opportunity Zone administration, Grimes Consulting administers an active program of equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, and affirmative action endeavors that meet statutory and regulatory laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, as well as managing MWBE participation programs. I increase awareness of diversity philosophy and strategy through seminars; advise employees on diversity matters; act as the primary point of contact for partners, vendors, subcontractors, and owners for inclusion efforts; and manage community outreach to increase recruitment of a diverse workforce per Economic Incentive Agreement parameters. I am also well versed in all aspects of reporting to meet the CRA’s stringent requirements and parameters. An avid volunteer, I serve as an associate of the Urban Construction Craft Academy, a program that allows inner-city residents to learn a craft in the construction business and obtain employment.
